Key Defender respects and protects the personal privacy rights of all users of its services. To provide you with better service, Key Defender will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. However, Key Defender will treat this information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, Key Defender will not disclose this information to the public or provide it to any third party without your prior permission. Key Defender will update this Privacy Policy from time to time. By agreeing to the Key Defender Service Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to the entire content of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Key Defender Service Agreement.
a) When you register a Key Defender account, the personal registration information you provide as required by Key Defender;
b) When you use Key Defender network services or visit Key Defender platform web pages, Key Defender automatically receives and records information on your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware characteristic information, and webpage records you requested;
c) User personal data obtained by Key Defender through legal means from business partners.
You understand and agree that the following information does not apply to this Privacy Policy:
a) Keyword information you input when using the search service provided by the Key Defender platform;
b) Information data collected by Key Defender regarding your activities on the Key Defender platform, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information, and evaluation details;
c) Acts that violate legal provisions or Key Defender rules and the measures Key Defender has taken against you.
a) Key Defender will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, unless prior permission is obtained from you, or the third party and Key Defender (including Key Defender affiliated companies) provide services to you individually or jointly, and after the service ends, it will be prohibited from accessing all such materials, including those it could previously access.
b) Key Defender also does not permit any third party to collect, edit, sell, or disseminate your personal information by any means. Any Key Defender platform user engaged in the above activities will have their service agreement terminated immediately by Key Defender upon discovery.
c) To fulfill the security protection obligations stipulated by law, maintain and improve the security of the products and services we provide, and protect the personal safety, property safety of you, other users, or the public, better prevent security risks such as phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, network intrusions, and malicious programs, and more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations or agreements and rules related to Key Defender products and services, we need to collect and use your device information (such as device identification information (IDFA, OAID), current application information (application name, application version number), device parameters and system information (device brand and model, operating system, carrier information, screen resolution), IP address, GNSS information, network type, SSID, BSSID, WiFi status, WiFi parameters, WiFi list, WiFi scan results, WiFi signal strength information, base station information, sensor information (vector, acceleration, pressure), device signal strength information, WiFi gateway address), location information, service log information, and may use or associate and integrate information obtained by us, our affiliates, and partners with your authorization or based on legal sharing, for identity verification, identification of illegal and non-compliant situations, detection and prevention of security incidents, and taking necessary recording, auditing, analysis, and disposal measures according to law.
Personal information refers to various information recorded electronically or by other means that can identify a specific natural person's identity alone or in combination with other information, or reflect the activities of a specific natural person. Personal sensitive information includes personal biometric information (e.g., fingerprint, facial features, voiceprint), identity document numbers, bank account numbers, property information, transaction information, whereabouts trajectory (e.g., home and office addresses).
We will only collect and use your information for the purposes listed in this statement:
a) Request phone permission, including access to phone identifier permission
Our product integrates Umeng+ SDK to provide statistical analysis services. Umeng+ SDK needs to collect your device MAC address, unique device identifier (IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID/SIM card) and calibrate report data accuracy through geographic location to provide basic anti-cheating capabilities. Explanation regarding the Umeng+ Statistical Analysis SDK collecting "Android ID" in the background under certain scenarios:
During first use, after the user agrees to the relevant terms, Key Defender will initialize related components and cooperate with the Umeng+ Analytics SDK for smart hardware usage scenarios. Under the smart hardware background detection connection keep-alive strategy, the collection state is maintained. This process is generally completed within 2-3 seconds to ensure the continuity of statistical analysis. After successful collection, the program securely caches the data and will not obtain it frequently.
b) External Storage Permission
Key Defender supports selecting pictures from the album as user avatars. This feature requires access to the phone's storage permission. If you do not need this feature, you can disable this permission at any time in "Settings" - "More settings" - "Key Defender" - "Permissions" - "Storage";
c) Location Information: Location Permission
Reason for our use of location permission:
We provide Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) device connection functionality. This function requires the use of the phone's location permission on systems above Android 6.0;

d) Camera Permission
Key Defender uses the camera to take photos for user avatars, requiring the camera permission. You can also disable this permission at any time in "Settings" - More settings - "App Management" - "Key Defender" - "Permissions" - "Camera";
e) Calling Third-Party Applications
To provide richer services, Yiche Technology will open access interfaces to third-party applications via the cloud, allowing third-party service providers/applications to provide you with corresponding services (e.g., navigation). We will provide the information required by the third-party service provider/application to them, including but not limited to: location information. When using features involving third parties, you may be redirected to a third-party application or website. We strongly recommend that you carefully read the service terms and privacy policy of that third party, as we have no control over third-party applications or websites and bear no responsibility for any damage caused by third parties to your rights;
f) Using Clipboard Services
We will call the system clipboard service to copy answers to questions searched by users in the help center to the clipboard. We will not use the clipboard service without any action from you.
g) BSSID
Purpose: To provide users with location services and improve the positioning success rate of the application, we will collect the BSSID of the WIFI your device is connected to. It is used by the server for network WiFi positioning, optimizing positioning strategies, and displaying the distribution of nearby service outlets based on location information.
Method: When the application starts and when the network status changes, collect the BSSID of the currently connected WIFI through the system's standard WIFI information acquisition interface.
Scope: Collect the BSSID, SSID and other related information of the WIFI your device is currently connected to.

Under the following circumstances, Key Defender will disclose your personal information in whole or in part according to your personal wishes or legal provisions:
a) Disclosure to a third party with your prior consent;
b) Sharing your personal information with a third party is necessary to provide the products and services you requested;
c) Disclosure to a third party or administrative or judicial authorities in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law, or at the request of administrative or judicial authorities;
d) If you violate relevant Chinese laws and regulations, or the Key Defender Service Agreement or related rules, and disclosure to a third party is required;
e) If you are an eligible intellectual property rights complainant and have filed a complaint, disclosure to the respondent at the respondent's request to resolve possible rights disputes;
f) In a transaction created on the Key Defender platform, if any party to the transaction fulfills or partially fulfills the transaction obligations and requests information disclosure, Key Defender has the right to decide to provide the user with necessary information such as the contact details of the counterparty to facilitate the completion of the transaction or resolution of the dispute.
g) Other disclosures that Key Defender deems appropriate in accordance with laws, regulations, or website policies.
The information and data about you collected by Key Defender will be stored on servers of Key Defender and/or its affiliated companies. This information and data may be transmitted to, accessed from, stored in, and displayed in countries or regions outside your country/region of residence or where Key Defender collects the information and data.
a) Key Defender accounts have security protection features. Please keep your username and password information safe. Key Defender ensures that your information is not lost, abused, or altered through security measures such as encrypting user passwords. Notwithstanding the foregoing security measures, please also note that there are no "perfect security measures" on information networks.
b) When using Key Defender network services for online transactions, you will inevitably need to disclose your personal information, such as contact information or mailing address, to the counterparty or potential counterparty. Please protect your personal information and only provide it to others when necessary. If you discover that your personal information has been disclosed, especially your Key Defender username and password, please contact Key Defender customer service immediately so that Key Defender can take corresponding measures.
c) Your IP (Internet Protocol) address, which can sometimes indicate your geographical location.
d) Your personal commonly used device information (including hardware serial number, device MAC address, software list, unique device identifier [such as IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID/SIM card]).
a) Our product integrates Umeng+ SDK. Umeng+ SDK needs to collect your device information (IMEI/MAC/Android ID/IDFA/OpenUDID/GUID/SIM card/ICID/geographic location information) to provide statistical analysis services. We use merged link technology for technical push notifications. When multiple push links from different apps are active on one device, we randomly merge them into one link to save power and data traffic for you, hence requiring access to the application list information; simultaneously, we provide intelligent push functionality, using this information to recommend push content that better suits your needs and reduce disturbance from useless push notifications. b) To implement social sharing and third-party login functions, we use MobTech's MobTech ShareSDK product. This product will use system operation information, network status information, iOS advertising identifier (IDFA), International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), anonymous device identifier (OAID), International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI), application list information, base station information, social platform OpenID, geographic location. c) For App security reinforcement protection, piracy detection services, and to prevent App cracking risks, we use the SDK: 360 Reinforcement SDK (for APK/HAP/APK plugin/SDK reinforcement). f) To access internal web pages and the customer service system within the APP, we use the Chromium SDK based on the Google browser kernel. Third-Party Name: Chromium Browser Kernel (Google Inc.). Purpose of Use: Access internal activity web pages and the APP customer service dialogue page via an embedded Webview. g) We use a third-party (Shanghai Zhangzhitao Information Technology Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "MobTech") MiaoYan SDK service to provide you with a one-click login function. To successfully implement this function, you need to authorize the MiaoYan SDK to provide the corresponding service; after your authorization, MobTech will collect your relevant personal information. To ensure that this application can normally receive client push notifications when closed or running in the background, this application must use the (self-starting) capability. There will be a certain frequency of system broadcasts to wake up this application for self-starting or associated start-up behavior, which is necessary for implementing functions and services.
